  3. Games-Access does not sell game licenses or digital keys.
    The customer receives access to an account where the selected game is already available.

3. Technical Requirements

To use the store, the customer must have:

  • a computer or similar device,
  • an active internet connection,
  • a web browser with JavaScript enabled.

4. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed with or without account registration.
  2. Only a valid email address is required to place an order.
  3. Orders can be placed 24/7, 7 days a week.
  4. To place an order, select the product and click “Buy Now” / “Add to Cart”.
  5. Delivery is made automatically, usually within 3 minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  6. The purchased access is covered by a 365-day access warranty, unless stated otherwise.

5. Nature of the Service

  1. The subject of the sale is temporary access to a shared account, not ownership of any game, license, or digital product.
  2. Accounts are shared, meaning they may be used by other customers.
  3. Accounts are intended primarily for offline use, as described on the product page.
  4. The customer receives login credentials or an activation link, depending on the platform.
  5. The store does not grant any license rights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

6. Account Usage Rules

  1. Access credentials are strictly confidential and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
  2. One purchased access may be activated on one device only.
  3. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
    • changing account data (email, password, security settings),
    • sharing credentials with third parties,
    • reselling or redistributing access,
    • using the account contrary to provided instructions.
  4. Violation of these rules may result in:
    • immediate termination of access,
    • permanent blocking of the account,
    • refusal of complaints or refunds.

7. Responsibility and Limitations

  1. Games-Access is not responsible for actions of third parties, including other users of shared accounts.
  2. The store is not responsible for changes made by platform owners (e.g. Steam, Microsoft, Epic Games).
  3. If access is blocked due to improper use or failure to follow instructions, complaints will not be accepted.
  4. Trademarks, game names, and images belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

8. Complaints

  1. Complaints must be submitted via email to: help.gamesacccess@gmail.com
  2. Complaints are reviewed within 3 business days.
  3. Complaints will not be accepted if the issue was caused by:
    • incorrect use,
    • violation of account rules,
    • ignoring provided instructions.
  4. For Xbox-related issues, complaints are processed only with video evidence sent via email.
  5. Games-Access is not obligated to provide replacement access for issues caused by platform-level changes.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract according to applicable consumer laws.
  2. Digital content is non-refundable once delivery has started, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
  3. By placing an order, the customer agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the right to withdraw.
  4. Refunds are not available for digital access products.
  5. Abuse of promotional codes (multiple emails, repeated use) voids any refund rights.
