About DYNASTY WARRIORS 3 Complete Edition
DYNASTY WARRIORS 3: Complete Edition Remastered brings one of the most important entries in the Musou series back with completely refreshed visuals, improved controls and additional gameplay features. The package combines DYNASTY WARRIORS 3 with the full DYNASTY WARRIORS 3: Xtreme Legends expansion, so both games’ content is available in one modern release.
Set during China’s legendary Three Kingdoms period, the game throws you into enormous battlefields where a single officer can fight through hundreds of enemy soldiers. More than 40 playable officers return, each offering different weapons, attacks and Musou abilities. The Xtreme Legends content also adds additional stories for seven officers, including Lu Bu, Meng Huo and Yuan Shao.
The remaster is rebuilt using Unreal Engine 5 while keeping the fast 1-vs-1,000 combat that defined the original. New mechanics include Evasion, Just Evasion and Perfect Power Guard, giving combat more defensive and counterattack options. Weapon Fusion also allows unwanted weapons to be used to transfer elemental attributes and skills onto other equipment.
